Eiffage Real Estate is part of Eiffage Construction Belux, a holding company of the Eiffage Group, active in construction, civil engineering, real estate development and hydraulic and environmental works through some fifteen subsidiaries in Belux.
Eiffage Real Estate attaches great importance to the secure, transparent and confidential collection and processing of your personal data. In particular, we want to protect the data of our customers, subcontractors and suppliers against loss, violation, error, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing.
With this data protection notice, we would like to inform you about the collection and processing of your personal data.

In collecting and processing your personal data, we comply with Belgian legislation on the protection of personal data, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from its entry into force on May 25, 2018.
2. Scope of application
This data protection notice applies to all services provided by us and more generally to all activities in which we engage. This notice will apply to our existing and future customers, prospects or persons who have an interest in working for us.
3. What personal data do we process?
Depending on your activities and your relationship with our company, you provide us with the following data:
Personal data
Surname, first name, title, postal address, delivery address, telephone number and/or mobile phone number, e-mail address, bank account number, ....
For the processing of personal data relating to the recruitment and selection of staff, the following will also be processed: gender, language, date of birth, driving license, family composition and the identity data of your family members, education and any professional experience and/or skills, as well as any other information you provide us with, e.g. through your CV.a. through your CV.
For certain specific obligations (electronic attendance registration, Dimona declaration, art. 30 bis works declaration) you may be required to provide us with additional data (E-ID data, Limosa number, data on your secondment, etc.).
Company data
In addition to company name, address, VAT number and bank accounts, certain data of your contact person or employees will be processed: surname, first name, title or gender, language, date of birth, address, telephone or mobile phone number, e-mail address.
We would like to point out that you are responsible for ensuring that all the data you provide is complete and accurate. The communication of false identity, inaccurate or incomplete data, or the communication of data belonging to third parties without their authorization, may result in your access to the website being denied, either temporarily or permanently. If your data is no longer up-to-date, please inform us immediately.
As a user of our site, you are not obliged to communicate your personal data, but understand that it will be impossible to offer certain services or to collaborate if you do not consent to the collection and processing of certain data.
4. Purpose of collection and processing of personal data and legal basis
Customer data
As part of our services and activities, we collect and process the identity and contact data of our customers and principals, their staff, associates, agents and any other useful contact person.
The purposes of such processing are the execution of agreements with our customers, customer management, accounting and tax obligations, litigation management, public relations, management of technical-commercial information, direct prospecting activities, such as sending promotional or commercial information, answering your questions or exchanging information. Data is processed on the basis of your request, the performance of a contract, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (such as the 30 bis works declaration) and/or our legitimate interest.
Data from suppliers, subcontractors and service providers
We collect and process the identity and contact data of our suppliers, subcontractors and other service providers and any (sub)subcontractor(s) or contractor(s), as well as their staff, employees, agents and any other relevant contact person.
The purposes of such processing are the execution of agreements, the management and administration of suppliers/subcontractors and intermediaries, compliance with regulations, particularly in terms of safety, the management of litigation, the management of technical/commercial information, accounting, social and tax obligations, direct prospecting activities, such as sending promotional or commercial information, answering your questions or exchanging information.
The legal bases are the performance of the contract, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (such as compulsory electronic attendance registration, the 30 bis works declaration, the attendance list or other obligations during public procurement, accounting or tax obligations) and/or our legitimate interest (such as for direct prospecting or the exchange of information).
For electronic attendance registration, where applicable, in particular E-ID data or the Limosa or secondment number will also be processed. For direct marketing activities by e-mail (such as newsletters or invitations to events) or via the site by means of fields intended for this purpose, authorization will always be requested, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Staff and potential candidate data
We process the personal data of our employees, self-employed service providers, temporary staff, trainees and/or students and, where applicable, the data of their family members as part of our personnel and payroll management. In view of its specific nature, this processing is dealt with in greater detail in a Data Protection Policy for Employees.
As part of our personnel management, we also process the data that you have voluntarily communicated to us as an interested candidate or student (e.g. as a result of a job offer): identity and contact details, gender, language, date of birth, education, any professional experience and qualifications, the follow-up of your selection process and any other information you provide us with, e.g. your CV.
Data will be processed on the basis of your prior consent, the performance of the contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Other data
In addition to the data of customers, suppliers/subcontractors, service providers, staff, freelancers, temporary workers, trainees, students and job applicants, we also process the personal data of other persons, such as new customers/prospects, useful contacts within our sector, networking contacts, expert contacts, etc., who may be of interest to us.
We may also store and process any responses or feedback you give us (e.g. in the context of satisfaction surveys or market research), as well as any complaints you may have about the goods purchased/work carried out.
This data is processed on the basis of your consent, the performance of the contract or our legitimate interest.
We process your personal data for the technical and functional management of our website, to personalize it and to ensure that it is easy to use.
In this way, we can process data such as your IP address, the pages you visit, the browser you use, previous sites visited, geographical data such as your preferred language, and the time and duration of your visit. We do this through the use of cookies (see Cookies below).
This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our website and protecting it against cyber-attacks.

6. Treatment time

7. Access to and transfer of personal data
In order to process your personal data, we grant access to this data to our employees, collaborators and agents. They are obliged to treat the data confidentially and may only use it for the purposes for which it was provided.
Eiffage Real Estate may share your personal data with Eiffage Construction Belux and/or other companies linked to the Eiffage Construction Belux group and/or its parent company Eiffage. In addition, Eiffage Real Estate calls upon third parties to carry out certain processing operations, such as pex IT suppliers, accountants, auditors, cloud providers, social secretariat, as well as public services (e.g. in the case of the 30 bis declaration, attendance registration, public contracts, social inspection, ...)

Employees, managers and/or representatives of the above-mentioned service providers or institutions, as well as specialized service providers appointed by them, are required to respect the confidential nature of your personal data and may only use such data for the purposes for which it was provided.
If necessary, personal data may be disclosed to third parties. This may occur if Eiffage Real Estate believes in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process or technical requirements or to protect its legal interests or the rights, property or personal safety of the company, its customers or the public. This may also occur in the event of a partial or complete reorganization on our part, if our activities are transferred or in the event of a declaration of bankruptcy. It is also possible that personal data will have to be transferred due to a court order or in order to fulfill a particular legal obligation. You acknowledge and understand, however, that under certain circumstances this may not always be technically or commercially feasible, or that legal restrictions may apply.
Under no circumstances will we sell your personal data or make them available to direct marketing agencies or similar service providers, except with your prior consent.
8 . Safety
Your personal data will be treated confidentially. Eiffage Real Estate will take all necessary technical and organisational measures to process data with a sufficient level of security and to protect personal data against any destruction, loss, falsification, unauthorised access or notification to third parties by mistake, as well as any unauthorised processing of such data, such as the use of firewalls, secure servers, the taking of back-ups, etc. and a security policy with regard to its employees (limiting access and procedures).
The data you provide via this website is not stored on the Internet, but may be stored on the servers of Eiffage Real Estate and/or Eiffage Construction Belux, in Belgium or in France for certain data for the parent company. You acknowledge and accept that sending personal data via the Internet is never without risk and that consequently any direct or indirect damage you may suffer through the illegal use of your data by third parties cannot be passed on to Eiffage Real Estate and/or Eiffage Construction Belux.
9. Your rights: right of access, rectification and information, right to be forgotten, right to data portability, right to object.
In accordance with and under the conditions of Belgian data protection legislation and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, we inform you that you have a legal right to request, free of charge, access to your data that is processed by Eiffage Real Estate in order to verify it, have it rectified or completed.
You also have the right to be forgotten in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (right to erasure and restriction of processing). We may refuse to erase or restrict data if it is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation, the fulfillment of an employment or other contract or for our legitimate interest, provided that such data is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In the event of a dispute concerning the processing of your personal data, you may request that we restrict the processing of your data until the dispute has been resolved.
Finally, you have the right to the portability of your data: you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transfer this data to another data controller.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons. However, you may not object to the processing of data required by us for the performance of a legal obligation or the fulfillment of a contract. You always have the right to object to the processing of your data for canvassing purposes or to the use of profiling linked to such canvassing on the basis of your personal data. You also have the right to object to the transfer of your data to third parties for the same canvassing purposes.
If the processing of personal data is based on prior consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This personal data will then only be processed if we have another legal basis. We make every effort to ensure that your personal data is processed meticulously and lawfully, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
