The architectural ensemble combines simplicity and integration with the surrounding environment. The apartments feature a wide variety of sizes, layouts and orientations, and are of uniform quality. Each apartment is unique.

Architecturally and urbanistically, the project proposes a coherent ensemble comprising housing, cultural activities, shops and green spaces, creating a veritable little city articulated around a central square.

The landscaping around the building takes advantage of the site's natural relief, offering both private and communal green areas, and entrance walkways accessible to people of all ages and those with reduced mobility.

The proposed living environment meets today's conditions of comfort and habitability, in terms of safety, and accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility, in terms of hygiene and fire safety, RGPT, etc.
