Project description

The green setting of the Eiffage Construction Belux site has been converted from offices to housing. For the occasion, the building has been renamed "Le Clos Brugmann".

The project involved transforming the building (basement, first floor and 4 upper floors) into 9 high-standard apartments with a total saleable surface area, above ground, of 1,900 m². They are fully finished with luxury fitted kitchens and individually controlled mechanical ventilation with heat exchanger.

The building's architecture is centered on an atrium-shaped communal hall with natural lighting. It features staggered walkways leading from the elevator to the apartments. The walkways are fitted with glass balustrades that let in light on all 4 floors.

The facade, composed of wood-clad terraces, is lined with wood panelling that lets the light shine through and acts as a sunshade in places.
